EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
HOW CAN I CHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM?
To make an exchange or get a refund, you must always begin by emailing email@example.com so the exchange/refund is fully authorized. The returned garments must be in perfect condition, with its label/tag attached, otherwise, Bettina Boutique reserves the right to decline the exchange or refund. The easiest way to exchange or return an item is to email firstname.lastname@example.org for authorization and we will ask the delivery company, MRV, to pick the item up at no extra cost to you in Spain mainland and Portugal mainland, if the return is outside this geographical area the order will have to be returned at your own expense.
Finally, we refund your credit card when the garment reaches our premises.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO MAKE A RETURN?
The deadline for any refund is 10 days after you have received the item at your selected delivery address. Returns in Spain and Portugal (except in Spanish or Portuguese islands) are free of charge, just write to email@example.com and we will arrange a pick up from your home. In case anything goes wrong on our part or there are any manufacturing defects, delivery and pick-up costs will be covered by Bettina Boutique. In all other cases, transport costs incurred in the return of your order will be included in what you paid as shipping fee in Spain mainland and Portugal mainland. If the return is outside this geographical area the order will have to be returned at your own expense. This shipping fee will not be refunded in addition to the refund you are entitled to for your returned goods.
